Ember Day Prayer

Our Glorious Father,

By the Only Begotten Son,

And in the Holy Spirit,

Let your glory precede you, and let your kingdom go forward in triumph. Let your servants be clothed in righteousness, and let your people sing with joy.

We thank you for giving us the everlasting truth that Jesus Christ, your Son and our Savior, came in the flesh for us and for our salvation. Reap from your word the fruit of your Spirit in our lives. Let us walk all our days in the light of your being, wisdom, power, holiness, justice, goodness, and truth.
